organisation. Our competency design process includes an initial audit, key stakeholder
workshops, high performer profiling and strategic alignment to produce a fully customised
competency framework.
Alternatively, Involve has an extensive library of behavioural competencies available for
clients to select the behaviours most relevant to their organisation.
System Configuration
As part of the system set-up phase we work with you to select the relevant configurable
options available on the system that will support your specific processes; such as levels
of manager sign-off, reporting options, annual review schedules, etc.
